Anja Zimmermann has been in the information industry for more than 25 years with several years of experience with companies like LexisNexis and Thomson Reuters.  Anja joined Elsevier in 2014 as Customer Consultant for academic and government stakeholders responsible in the region of Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Amongst others, her role involves to work closely with the research community in order to address their needs and challenges. Organizing author seminars and trainings for Scopus include some of these activities.
